Alex Raab, a graduate of Appalachian State University joins us from Charlotte, North Carolina to share his passion for teaching fellow tree care industry people how to earn respect in the industry. Start from the literal ground and be the best “glorified outdoor janitor” you can be. Until you have raked a pile of leaves equivalent to the size of a football field, you don’t really understand the industry. You will get a raker’s elbow and it hurts. If you can figure out a way to be ok with that lifestyle then you have earned the right to get in that tree!
